Preparation Method: 
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Lightly spray a foil-lined baking sheet with vegetable spray. Place frozen steaks in single layer on baking sheet. Heat for 10 minutes, turn steaks over an dheat another 5 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving.

Microwave: Place frozen steaks in single layer on microwave safe plateand cover with a paper towel. For 1 serving: heat on high for 2 minutes or until heated through. For each additional serving, add 1 minute to heating time. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

Stovetop: Season thawed product with salt and pepper or your favoritespice mix. Coat both sides of the product with seasoned flour (optional). In a saute pan, heat a 50/50 mix of oil and butter over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes until hot. Saute product for approximately 3 - 4 minutes per side.

Air Fryer 1. Place three (3) steaks on the tray so there is minimal overlapping of product. 2. Set temperature to 360 degrees f. 3. Heat for 10 minutes. 4. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
