Method

Flat Grill: Preheat grill to 350°F and heat burgers for 8 to 15 minutes from frozen state, turning frequently to avoid excessive browning.

Whisk together mayonnaise, gochujang chili paste and lime juice. Add red cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, salt and pepper; toss to combine.

Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top with cabbage slaw. Cap with tops of buns.
