Beef Ramen Soup

Beef broth is simmered with garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Cooked ramen noodles are served in bowls and topped with broth, thinly sliced green onion, soft cooked egg, cooked Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak and matchstick carrots.

beef broth 6 cups
water 2 cups
fish sauce 1 tbsp
rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp
garlic, minced 1 tsp
grated fresh ginger 1 tsp
cooked ramen noodles 1 lb
soft-cooked eggs 4
green onions, sliced 4
carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks 2


  1. Flat Grill: Preheat to 350°F. Place frozen beef on grill. After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add any desired seasonings. Remove from heat and thinly slice into strips. Set aside.
  2. In large saucepan, heat beef broth and water until simmering. Add fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic and ginger; simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.
  3. Add noodles and beef slices; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes to heat through.
  4. Serve noodles, beef and broth in large bowls. Top with eggs, green onions and carrots.
