Cuban Patty Melt

Ingredients


Charbroiled Beef Patties 50 - 2.6 oz. per patty
Whole Grain Sandwich Bread Slices 100
Swiss Cheese Slices 50 - 0.75 oz.
Low Sodium Pickle Slices 100
Ham Slices 50 - 0.5oz
Butter Flavor Cooking Spray

Method

  1. Heat the Charbroiled Beef Patties.
    1. Microwave Oven (Frozen Product): Microwave on high for 1 minute 20 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    2. Conventional Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Heat for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    3. Convection Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Heat for 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Line sheet trays with parchment paper. Spray lightly with Butter Flavor Cooking Spray. Place 50 slices of Bread on trays.
  3. Place 1 slices of Swiss cheese on each slice of Bread. Place 2 Pickle Slices on each. Place 1 Ham Slice on each. Place 1 heated Charbroiled Beef Patty on each. Place top Bread Slice on each.
  4. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the Bread is lightly toasted and the Cheese melted. Serve.
