Method

Make the Mediterranean Red Pepper Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine well. For a smooth sauce, place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until just smooth.

Heat the Beef Patties

Convection Oven:
From frozen state, heat at 350 degrees F for 9-11 minutes.

Conventional Oven:
From frozen state, heat at 375 degrees F for 15-18 minutes.

Place cup chopped lettuce in a bowl or large compartment of lunch tray.

Put 1 heated Beef Pattie in a half pita bread pocket. Place on top of lettuce.

Ladle 1 ounce Mediterranean Red Pepper Dressing on Beef Pattie and salad.

Garnish each bowl with 3 tomatoes.
