Ingredients


Beef Meatloaf Slices with Ketchup Glaze 50 – 3 oz. per patty
Low Sodium Tomato Sauce 3 Cups
Low Sodium Ketchup 3 Cups
Water 1/2 Cup
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
Ground Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground Ginger 1/4 Teaspoon
Bay Leaves 2-3

Low Sodium Tomato Sauce 3 Cups
Low Sodium Ketchup 3 Cups
Water 1/2 Cup
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
Ground Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground Ginger 1/4 Teaspoon
Bay Leaves 2-3

Method

  1. Make the Moroccan Sauce. Combine the Moroccan Sauce Ingredients in a pot. Bring to a simmer. Lower the heat to slow simmer and cook about ½ hour, stirring often. Remove the bay leaves. Keep warm for service.
  2. Heat the Beef Meatloaf Slices.
    1. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake frozen product for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    2. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake frozen product for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    3. Microwave: Cook frozen product on high power for 2-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Place heated Whole Grain Couscous on the serving piece.
  4. Place heated Beef Meatloaf Slice on top.
  5. Ladle 1 oz. Moroccan Sauce on top of the Beef Meatloaf slice.
