Corned Beef Hash

Steak EZE Breakaway Corned Beef 1 (4oz)
Potatoes, boiled and diced 3/4 c
Onion, chopped 1/4 c
Oil as needed
Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Place frozen portion of corned beef on a preheated flat grill (350 degrees). After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula. Corned beef should have an evenly red appearance when completely cooked, due to the curing process. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  2. Grill potatoes and onion until potatoes are browned and onion is tender. Return corned beef to the grill and mix with vegetables. Serve with eggs and toast.
