4 oz. Italian Breaded Pounded Vael Leg Cutlet 1
Gourmet Sub Roll 1
Smoked Provolone Cheese 1 slice
Garlic Marinara 1/4 cup
Roasted Red Pepper 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Prepare breaded veal according to package instructions until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  2. Place bottom half of sub roll on a plate and cover with marinara and breaded veal. Top with roasted red peppers, provolone cheese and top roll.
  3. 1 serving
