Corned Beef Reuben Fries

Crinkle cut fries topped with grilled corned beef, fresh sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese. Served with a side of Russian dressing.

Ingredients


Steak EZE Breakaway Corned Beef 1 (4oz)
French Fries, fried 1 c
Sauerkraut 1/4 c
White Cheddar Cheese Sauce 1/4 c
Thousand Island Dressing for dipping

Method

  1. Place frozen portion of corned beef on preheated flat grill (350 degrees). After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula. Corned beef should have an evenly red appearance when completely cooked, due to the curing process. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  2. Spread french fries on a plate. Top with prepared corned beef, sauerkraut and white cheddar cheese sauce. Serve with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
