Method

Make the Raspberry Thai Dressing

Place all Raspberry Thai ingredients in a large bowl, whisk until well combined.

Heat the Pork Rib Patties

Convection Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake frozen product for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Bake frozen product for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Place 1 lettuce cup on each serving piece.

Top with 1 heated Pork Rib Pattie

Top each Pork Rib Pattie with 1/2 ounce Thai Raspberry Dressing. Serve.
