Ingredients


Chopped Green Bell Peppers 1 Quart
Smart Picks™ Beef Rib Sandwiches 50 - 5.4 oz. per pattie
Cider Vinegar 1/2 Cup
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon
Plain Low Fat Yogurt 1 Quart

Chopped Green Bell Peppers 1 Quart
Cider Vinegar 1/2 Cup
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon
Plain Low Fat Yogurt 1 Quart

Method

  1. Make the Green Pepper Sauce.
    1. Place the Green Bell Peppers, Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper in a food processor and puree.
    2. Combine the Pepper Puree and the Yogurt in a bowl and wisk to combine well. Set aside.
  2. Heat the Barbecue Beef Rib Sandwiches.
    1. Convection Oven (From Refrigerated): Preheat convection oven to 275°F. Place sandwiches on baking tray and heat for 21-23 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    2. Conventional Oven (From Refrigerated): Preheat oven to 275°F. Place sandwiches on baking tray and heat for 28-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    3. Microwave: Heat on HIGH power for 55-60 seconds. Microwaves may vary, adjust accordingly.
  3. Fill Squeeze Bottles with large opening tips with the Green Pepper Sauce and serve as the condiment with the Barbecue Beef Rib Sandwiches.
