Garlic Powder 3 Tablespoons
Onion Powder 3 Tablespoons
Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon
Dried Thyme 1 Tablespoon
No Salt Chili Powder 1 Tablespoon
Cayenne Pepper 1 Tablespoon

Method

  1. Make the Light Blackening Spice. Place all Blackening Spice ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine well. Set aside.
  2. Place the Beef Meatloaf Slices on parchment paper lined baking trays. Evenly sprinkle the tops of the Beef Meatloaf Slices with the Light Blackening Spice.
  3. Heat the Beef Meatloaf Slices.
    1. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake frozen product for 20-25 minutes until the Meatloaf Slices are lightly blackened and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
    2. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake frozen product for 15-20 minutes until the Meatloaf Slices are lightly blackened and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
