Italian Hoagie Burger

4.5 oz. The PUB Steak Burger(R) Beef Steak Burger 1
Hoagie Roll 1
Provolone Cheese 1 slice
Sliced Mushrooms, Sauteed 2 tbsp.
Marinara Sauce 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Add a small amount of oil to the grill (350 degrees F) and heat burger for 8 -15 minutes, turning frequently to avoid excessive browning. Internal temperature should reach 140 degrees F before serving.
  2. Place burger on the bottom half of the roll. Add provolone cheese, sauteed mushrooms and marinara sauce. top with other half of bun.
