Make the Roasted Pineapple Slaw. Roast the Pineapple.

Place the Pineapple Tidbits in a steam table pan and add the Vanilla Extract, mix to combine well. Place in a pre-heated 350F oven and roast for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, and allow to cool completely.

Make the Dressing. In a large bowl whisk together the Dry Ingredients, Buttermilk, and Vinegar. Whisk to combine well.

Add the Yogurt and whisk to combine well.

Add the Mayonnaise and whisk to combine well.

Make the Roasted Pineapple Slaw. In a large bowl put the Cole Slaw Mix or Shredded Cabbage and Roasted Pineapple including any juice, mix to combine well. Add the Dressing and mix to combine well.

Set aside for service or refrigerate up to 4 days.

Heat the Flame Broiled Turkey Patties.

Flat Grill:
Preheat grill to 350°F and heat from frozen state for 3-4 minutes per side.

Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F and heat from frozen state for 20-25 minutes.

Convection Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F and heat from frozen state for 10-15 minutes.

Microwave:
Heat frozen product on HIGH power for 2-4 minutes.

Place cooked Flame Broiled Turkey Patty on bottom Bun.

Top each with ½ cup Smart Picks™ Roasted Pineapple Slaw, and place top Bun on. Serve.
