Honey BBQ Chicken Dippers 200
Low Fat Plain Yogurt 1.5 Quarts
Low Fat Mayonnaise 1 Cup
Whole Grain Hoagie Rolls 50
Lettuce Leaves 50
Chili Powder 2 Tablespoons
Tomato Slices 50
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
Oregano 1 Tablespoon

Creamy Chili Sauce Ingredients
Low Fat Plain Yogurt 1.5 Quarts
Low Fat Mayonnaise 1 Cup
Chili Powder 2 Tablespoons
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
Oregano 1 Tablespoon

Method

  1. Make Creamy Chili Sauce
    1. Combine the Creamy Chili Sauce Ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to combine well. Set aside.
  2. Heat the Honey BBQ Chicken Dippers.
    1. Conventional Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    2. Convection Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Place 4 heated Chicken Dippers on bottom Bun, top with 1 Lettuce Leaf, place 1 Tomato Slice on top.
  4. Ladle ½ oz. Creamy Chili Sauce on top of each sandwich. Place top Bun on. Serve.
