  1. Place frozen portion of beef sirloin steak on a preheated flat grill (350 degrees F). After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip once. as the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula. Beef should have an evely brown appearance when completely cooked. Remove beef from the grill.
  2. Layer steak and brie between the two waffles. Using a panini iron, press waffelini 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Divide waffelini into quarters and plate two per serving.
  3. 2 servings
