Buffalo Ranch Burger Bowl

68001 Flamebroiled Beef Steak Burger 50
133918 Whole Wheat Breadstick 50
Baby Spinach 75 cups
Grape Tomatoes 25 cups
Shredded Carrots 50 oz
Buffalo Ranch Dressing
Dried Dill 2 Tbl
Garlic Powder 2 Tbl
Onion Powder 1 Tbl
Fine Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp
Buttermilk 1/2 Gallon
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Low Fat Plain Yogurt 1 Quart
Low Fat Mayonnaise 1 Quart
Frank's Hot Sauce or Your Choice Hot Sauce 1/2 c or more to taste

Method

  1. Make the Buffalo Ranch Dressing
    1. Place the dry ingredients in a large stainless steel bowl. Whisk until well combined.
    2. Add the buttermilk and vinegar and whisk until well combined.
    3. Add the yogurt and mayonnaise and whisk until well combined.
    4. Add the hot sauce and whisk until well combined.
    5. Refrigerate and whisk just before use.
  2. Heat the Burgers
    1. Conventional Oven: From Frozen State: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat for 12-13 minutes. Convection Oven: From Frozen State: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat for 6 -7 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Salad
    1. Place 1.5 cups of spinach in a bowl. Add 1/2 c grape tomatoes, 1 oz of shredded carrots, the 68001 burger and 1 oz of Buffalo Ranch Dressing. Place a breadstick on the side and serve!
