Irish Nachos

Crisp tortilla chips topped with grilled corned beef, fresh sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, green onions and a drizzle of 1000 isle dressing.

Steak EZE Breakaway Corned Beef 1 (4oz)
Potato Chips, hot out of fryer 10 oz
Swiss Cheese, shredded 4 oz
Green Onions, chopped 1/2 oz
Horseradish Dijon 2 oz


  1. Place frozen portion of corned beef on preheated flat grill (350 degrees). After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula. Corned beef should have an evenly red appearance when completely cooked, due to the curing process. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  2. Place hot potato chips on platter and top with shredded swiss cheese. Add prepared corned beef; melt in salamander. Sprinkle on the green onions and Horseradish dijon and serve
