Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Beefsteak 4 oz.
Onion, sliced 2 Tablespoons
Green Bell Pepper, sliced 2 Tablespoons
White American Cheese 2 Slices
6-inch Hoagie Roll 1


  1. Cook the Beefsteak.
    1. Flat Grill (Frozen Product): Preheat grill to 350°F. After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meet slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and season to taste. Beef should have an evenly brown appearance when completely cooked. Remove Beef from the grill.
  2. Sauté sliced Onion and Pepper until tender.
  3. Return Beef to the grill and mix with Onion and Pepper.
  4. Use spatula to arrange Meat Mixture in a row approximately the length of the Roll. Lay two slices of Cheese on top of the Meat and melt.
  5. Place an open-faced roll over the meat and use a spatula to turn sandwich in an upright position. Serve.
