Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Corned Beef 4 oz.
Mini Potato Pancakes 4
Shredded Sauerkraut 4 Tablespoons
Thousand Island Dressing 2 Teaspoons
Chopped Parsley 1/2 Teaspoon


  1. Cook the Corned Beef.
    1. Flat Grill (Frozen Product): Preheat grill to 350°F. After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meet slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula. Corned Beef should have an evenly red appearance when cooked, due to the curing process. Remove Corned Beef from the grill.
  2. Bake Mini Potato Pancakes according to package instructions.
  3. Layer prepared Corned Beef atop each Mini Potato Pancake and then add Sauerkraut, Thousand Island Dressing and Parsley.
