Spicy Steak Lettuce Cups

Thinly sliced purple and green cabbage are tossed with red pepper, carrots, bean sprouts, cilantro, and green onion. Cooked Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak is served over top and drizzled with a peanut dressing.

salt and pepper 1/4 tsp
hoisin sauce 1/4 cup
rice wine vinegar 2 tbsp
sriracha hot sauce 1 tbsp
brown sugar 2 tsp
cloves garlic, minced 2
onion, diced 1
minced fresh ginger 1 tbsp
Boston Bibb lettuce 8 leaves
cooked rice 3 cups
julienne carrots 1/2 cup
julienne mango 1/2 cup
fresh cilantro leaves 1/4 cup
chopped cashews 1/4 cup


  1. Flat Grill (Frozen Product): Preheat grill to 350°F. After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix together hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, hot sauce, and brown sugar. Add to beef. On grill, sauté onions and ginger until softened; combine with beef.
  3. Place 1/4 cup rice into each lettuce leaf cup. Top with sautéed beef mixture. Garnish with carrots, mango, cilantro leaves and chopped cashews.
