Chicken Breakfast Biscuit with Creamy Maple Cinnamon Sauce

Ingredients


Smart Picks Pork Chicken Dippers 100
Whole Grain Sliced Biscuits 50
Maple Syrup or Maple Breakfast Syrup 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Plain Yogurt 1 Quart

Method

  1. Make the Creamy Maple Cinnamon Sauce
    1. In a large bowl whisk together the Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract, and Cinnamon. Whisk in the Yogurt, combine well.
  2. Heat the Smart Picks Chicken Dippers.
    1. Conventional Oven; FROM FROZEN STATE, HEAT IN CONVENTIONAL OVEN AT 375 DEGREE F FOR 16-18 MINUTES. Convection Oven: FROM FROZEN, HEAT AT 350 DEGREE F IN CONVECTION OVEN FOR 7-8 MINUTES.
  3. Heat the Whole Grain Sliced Biscuits
    1. Preparation Method: Convection Oven: THAWED OVERNIGHT(RECOMMENDED): Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place 12 Biscuits on 11 x 16 sheet tray. Bake for 5-7 minutes. Note e: Product internal temperature should reach 140 degrees F or above. Due to oven variances, adjust time accordingly.
  4. Place 2 Chicken Dippers on Bottom Biscuit. Top with 1/2 oz. Creamy Maple Cinnamon Sauce.
  5. Place Top Biscuit on, serve.
