Ingredients
Eggs 1 Egg
Green Pepper 1/4 Cup
Red Pepper 1/4 Cup
Diced Tomato 1/4 Cup
Steak-EZE BreakAway Sirloin Beefsteak 4 oz.
Crepe 1

Method
  1. Make 1 scrambled egg
  2. Mix in chopped green and red peppers with eggs
  3. Heat up Steak-EZE BreakAway Sirloin Beefsteak until it breaks apart completely
  4. Combine all ingredients and wrap in crepe
