APF School division adds selection of high fructose corn syrup-free products to line

CINCINNATI – AdvancePierre™ Foods (APF), an industry leader in supplying fully cooked protein and assembled sandwiches to school systems across the U.S., has partnered with Welch’s, maker of the No. 1-selling grape jelly in the country, for branding of its peanut butter and jelly products sold through its School division.

Popular APF offerings now marketed under the Welch’s brand include: Welch’s PB&J Graham Snackers™, Welch’s PB&J Jamwich® and Welch’s PB and PB&J Cups.

APF also is leveraging this opportunity to launch four new high fructose corn syrup-free peanut butter and jelly items. APF’s Welch’s-branded offerings are made with whole grain bread and are individually packaged with new Welch’s graphics. In addition, several of the Welch’s-branded items also qualify as Smart Snacks, allowing for more eating opportunities for students to enjoy.
