Paul Telenson is a senior human resources executive at AdvancePierre Foods, Inc., Inc., with more than 25 years of experience in diverse leadership positions with Pinnacle Foods, International Home Foods, Nabisco, BF Goodrich and Firestone. Mr. Telenson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Thiel College and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Akron.
He brings a wealth of senior-level HR expertise in acquisition, integration and transitioning, organizational design and staffing, labor relations, contract negotiations and compensation and benefits plan design. Having spent most of his career leading HR functions, Mr. Telenson has extensive experience in management development and brings a results-oriented approach to executive coaching and talent acquisition.
