Craig Pellerin brings more than 23 years of food industry experience to his role as chief financial officer at AdvancePierre Foods, Inc. He most recently served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and operations officer for Schwan’s Home Service. Mr. Pellerin’s responsibilities included supply chain, business systems, fleet and field operations, finance and bi-phase technologies. Prior to joining The Schwan Food Company in 2002, he spent two years as senior vice president of operations for an equity investment company in Saint Louis, MO.
Mr. Pellerin was a 16-year employee of Lykes Bros., Inc., where he held numerous senior financial management positions. His career has afforded him the opportunity to work with and support a variety of businesses involved in retail branded packaged goods, food service distribution, bulk industrial sales and technology applications.
Mr. Pellerin holds a bachelor of arts in accounting from the University of South Florida. He was a member of Schwan’s Senior Executive Development Program and attended executive education at Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.
