Bernie Panchot brings more than 25 years of food industry experience in new product innovation, product development, process improvement and quality assurance to AdvancePierre Foods, Inc., Inc. Bernie previously served as the product development manager at Koch Foods and as the director of product development for Sara Lee. At Sara Lee, she was responsible for new products, product line innovations and product improvements for the Hillshire Farm, Kahns, Emeril and Gallo brands. From 1979-1999, she held various management and directorial positions at Con Agra - Lamb Weston, Universal Frozen Foods and Rogers Walla Walla.
Ms. Panchot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University. She is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists and served on the board of directors for the Nutrition Council of Greater Cincinnati.
